A CSS/JavaScript HORIZONTAL Accordion

Accordions are great, but sometimes a big pain to setup. Mootools, and several other libraries, offer great pre-built accordion systems, but they’ve got their issues. We recently tried using mootools accordion on a client’s website, but we were having a fair amount of browser compatibility problems, so we set out in search for a better solution. The nice people at Switch on the Code wrote a nice tutorial on how to build your own CSS/Javascript accordion. Needless to say, it suited our needs perfectly. Then I thought to myself, wouldn’t it be great if someone made a HORIZONTAL accordion using a similar method.

Twitter feeds made simple.

As some of you may have noticed we’ve made a few minor changes to our site. One of these changes was the removal of the twitter feeds from our about page. You see, we rarely ever use Internet Explorer here at ClickPopMedia, but we noticed that our old Twitter feeds gave a very strange error message when viewed in Internet Explorer. Internet Explorer cannot open the Internet Site. … Operation Aborted. This was very confusing, because it worked perfectly on Twitter’s site, which is where the code came from orignally. Do not fear though, our feeds are back, they’ve just been moved and improved! We solved the problem, AND SO CAN YOU!
