Digital Design & Development Experience (2004 - Present)

• Poptent.net and XLNTads.com (2008 - Present) - Art Director - While working with Poptent and XLNTads, my responsibilities included UI & UX design (most recently for discussion areas, account pages, and activity streams), iconography, and designing brand and assignment pages for clients including Nestle, Budweiser, Stouffer's, Old Spice, and the LA Dodgers.
  Additionally, I worked closely with a team of designers and developers to craft a unified vision of future site functionality.
• MensHealth.com (2009 - Present) - I've worked with the staff at Men's Health in a major revamp of their blog network. We're developing the network using Wordpress MU, and CAS integration. The goal is to position Men's Health at the front lines of web innovation using engaging user reaction widgets, intuitive UI structures, and serving users content tailored to their reading habits.
• TastyApps - Acting Art Director (2008 - 2009) Created several app icons and graphic elements, as well as Flash product spotlight animations.
  Additionally I led the team that created the UI, graphical elements, Flash animations, Flash prototype, and gameplay mechanics for a yet to be released social iPhone game. I also worked to create several button, sticker, and apparel designs.
• The Nazareth Polar Bear Society (2009) - I developed a simple site for the Nazareth Polar Bear Society and their 2009 winter swim. We built in some wonderfully fun support for three different contest, twitter hash grabs, and all sorts of features focused on social engagment.
• ClickPopMedia - Art Director, Developer, Blogger (2004 - 2008) - Founded, designed, and led the teams that developed multiple versions of ClickPopMedia.com. While with CPM, I wrote and edited tutorials and articles, some of which were featured on sites like Nettuts, Vecteezy, We Love Wordpress, and Vectips.
  I also designed several vector packs, Illustrator patterns, and Photoshop brush sets that have been downloaded hundreds of thousands of times.
• From Here To Awesome - Project Manager (2007) - Led the team that built the initial submission site for the FHTA film contest. Used Wordpress to build the showcase site for the contest winners, including custom Wordpress plugin to pull in user specific social feeds.
• Bobby The Movie Website - Project Manager, Designer (2006) - Led the team that developed a 3D virtual walkthrough of the Ambassador Hotel lobby for an interactive marketing website for the major studio film. Conceived of and mapped out specific user functions within the 3D Flash environment.
  Comments on the Site
• Beyond the Rave - Designer (2007) - Designed a custom MySpace layout and css stylesheet for a MySpace based alternative reality game.
• ReplyForAll.com - Designer, Developer (2008) - Co-developer for the main website, building back-end infrastructure in PHP and MySQL, as well as using Wordpress to make several easily editable areas for the site administrators.
• Universal Royalty - Designer (2003 - 2009) - Worked with UR for several years to develop multiple version of their website using wordpress, flash, and AJAX. I also worked with UR on several apparel design projects.
